Lost souls is one of my favorite Poppy Z Brite books but it isn't near as good as the version of the crow she did
I'm reading house of leaves.

I've been wanting to read House of Leaves! Now I will get around to that.
Right now I'm reading 1984 by George Orwell for the 3rd time. One of my all time favorite books. My signature is a quote from the book.
I also want to read Animal Farm by George Orwell.

and i'm always reading Lost Souls by Poppy Z Brite Wow, that and Drawing Blood are pretty much my all time favourites. It's sad that Poppy moved away from horror novels. Her newer books just aren't as great.

Her newer books just aren't as great. it's funny how my perception of Lost Souls has changed as i've gotten older. when i was younger i adored Zillah but now i can't stand him and my heart totally breaks for Christian and Nothing

I've always loved Nothing the most. Zillah is a cool guy and the kind of person that strikes you as "WHOA! So cool!", even in writing, but I've always disliked the way he was bordering on being a bully.

i always liked Nothing but i dislike Zillah far more now than i did when i first read the book. i always loved Christian and Ghost and i still cry for Laine every time i read the book
