Lately they only thing I can eat is soft food, so I have found a new appreciation for baked potatoes. Also the holiday season is a pretty good time to be stuck eating soft stuff like stuffing, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, and sweet potatoes.

I made this tonight! Vegan pumpkin pie, anyone?? I made it so that I can have dessert on Thanksgiving...hahaa Also, this was the first time I've EVER made a pie...I hope it tastes delicious!

I tried pecan pie yesterday. Never had it before, thought it would be good, decided after a bite that I didn't care for it.

My mum and I turned the leftover turkey from last night into soup today. Turkey soup is the most delicious form of soup ever and I am almost more excited about eating tonight than I was about eating last night XD

Just made this today!! I guess I like spending my days off in the kitchen! Haha BBQ Seitan, sweet potato fries, and some rice crispy thing...made with syrup, peanut butter, carbo chips, and rice crispies!

Yeah! It was pretty easy, just took a while cuz it has to simmer for like an hour. I'll PM you the recipe I used

at first glance i thought that was an orange and thought you'd made a rather odd sandwich. i currently have these in the freezer waiting for me when i'm done fasting
