OKay, so I've been apart of PLENTY of forums and what not. And I'm just going to through out some random things that I hope will help you guys.
Now, we ALL know that this can become huge. For all we know it could become kind of like the AFI News headquarters...Which would be pretty awesome.
Something that I know will probably happen is that after the summer is over, reality will kick in and people will be back at school and not be able to watch over everything. Instead of appointing all moderators to every subgroup of forums, when you get more people who you trust to take care of things, put only some people on certain subgroups. The only people who should really be over every single little thing on the website are the administrators.
Also make up some rules that everyone should follow. Get together with all the admins and mods and come up with some rules, and although I know it's sometimes hard, don't just joke around while doing that. Sometimes forums can get ugly quick because someone said this about someone else, and so on. It's a HUGE thing to try and keep your cool. It's hard, believe me I know how hard it is, really I do. But even in the working world you're having to keep your cool not to go off on people.
I know that this may seem like a lot of crap coming from someone who's not an admin or a mod, but I've been a mod on a ton of forums before, and would LOVE to see this become HUGE. Hope this helps you guys!!! <3

I agree that some ground rules should be posted.

Yes, and also this site can have censored words/post etc if we need to get that extreme.[/color]

We should ask to not have excessive cussing, since it's kind of stupid to have that, but other than that the only way we should need to get the extreme is if people start being childish about it all.

Can the colour of links be changed so that we can see that they're links and not just text?

Can the colour of links be changed so that we can see that they're links and not just text? This little thing is kinda annoying haha. I figure that if anyone wants links to really stand out because they're important or whatever, you can quickly just change the color of the link in the advanced post option. Just make it different from the color of your normal text. I think that's what I'm going to do from now on...
